Starting up a Project

Details:

Use the Project Mandate to:

Ø      confirm that the project is worthwhile

Ø      define responsibilities and roles

Ø      create the Initiation Stage Plan to enter IP Initiating a Project

Ø      provide information for the Project Brief

Ø      establish the Project Approach

Ø      design and appoint the Project Management Team

Ø      create the Stage Plan

Ø      help in setting up the Risk Log

Ø      SU1 Appointing a Project Board Executive and a Project Manager

Ø      SU2 Designing a Project Management Team

Ø      SU3 Appointing a Project Management Team

 Ø      SU4 Preparing a Project Brief

 Ø      SU6 Planning an Initiation Stage
