The PRINCE 2 Processes are divided into the following individual processes:

      Ø       Planning

      Ø      Starting Up a Project (SU)

                Ø       Initiating a Project (IP)

                Ø       Directing a Project (DP)

                Ø        Controlling a Stage (CS)

                Ø        Managing Product Delivery (MP)

                Ø        Managing Stage Boundaries (SB)

                Ø        Closing a Project (CP)
