Martial Arts History:
My
background is quite varied within the Martial Arts, at one stage I was practicing
various disciplines 8 times a week for about a 5 year period, which comprised of
the following disciplines:
Ju-Jitsu; Wado-Ryu Karate; Kendo; Kobudo; Aikido; Judo;
Shaolin Kung Fu.
In
addition to these I am also highly competent in the following Martial Art
weapon's (Kobudo):
Nunchaku; Sai; Tonfa; Bo; Jo; Escrima; Katana; 3 sectional staff.
