Helicopter are controlled via the following 3 control mechanisms, which are: Ø Collective Ø Cyclic Ø Torque Pedals. All these are used in conjunction with the monitoring of the various instruments on the instrument panel. These that I have used are from the Robinson R22 Beta helicopter and are detailed with these subsections to the left.
