Successfully managed the testing of 150 business applications of
varying complexities for a world leading investment bank, between 1998 and 2000,
for Year 2000 compliance, by developing, executing and project managing a
detailed structured testing approach and defined their e-Banking testing scope

closely managing teams comprising of up to 40 staff in a structured manner,
using Rapid Application Development (RAD) or/and a Risk based approach to
